How Talent Acquisition works
We have created an easy-to-use application that does not require much effort from the user. Once installed, the application will automatically collect information about each profile analyzed by recruiter and will display this information to the members of the recruitment team to keep everyone on the same page
Install Talent Acquisition Extension
The application can only be used on Google Chrome Browser and installation is done with a few clicks. After the application is installed, we must enter the serial number or the account license.

Do you want to know when a candidate wants to change their job?
Talent Acquisition will identify candidates who are open to changing their job and highlight them on the search page
In Conversation tab, you will be able to see the conversations between the candidate and the members of the recruitment team
On the Linkedin search page you will see if a member from recruitment team is connected with a candidate and if that candidate was contacted directly by message on linkedin or if he was contacted by phone. Moreover, you will see if the members of the recruitment team have viewed the candidate's profile and when it was viewed.
The members of the recruitment team have the possibility to add a candidate on the BlackList. Candidates from BlackList will appear in red on the search page.
Candidates who prefer to work B2B can be added to the Contractors List and will appear in blue on the search page

In General Info , Team Information tabs will have relevant information updated by current recruiter or catched by chrome extension
In Common information tab will see informations saved by recruiters like:
- Salary expectations
- Feedback from interviews
- Notes
- Customers who have received the candidate profile
From Controls tab will be able to update/save information for current candidate
In Templates tab will have messaging templates in order to optimize your time in discussions with candidates
